Standstill means regression. We have been working according to this motto for 15 years. With our special repair method EsCare we are experts in the field of escalator step repairs and convince customers throughout Europe of our services. Founded in 2004 by managing director Wolfgang Weber under the name FAS GmbH, Weber Tec is the leading company in the field of escalator step repairs in Europe today.

In order to make the work more efficient and to reduce long downtimes of the escalators on site, Wolfgang Weber developed his innovative repair method “EsCare”, with which the repair of escalators can be carried out on site – without removal or long downtimes. Instead of four weeks repair time per unit as before, the escalators can be reconditioned in a single day with “EsCare”, which saves valuable time. The repair with EsCare is also much more cost-effective than all other alternatives. “The consistently very good feedback from our customers confirms us in our work with EsCare,” says Wolfgang Weber.

With our tireless drive for innovation and progress, we want to ensure that our customers’ escalators do not fall by the wayside due to standstill in the future. Because standstill, according to Weber Tec’s motto, ultimately means a step backwards.
